ASSISTED STRETCHING

During an Assisted Stretch Session, a practitioner guides your body into varies stretches to improve strength, mobility & flexibility. Assisted stretching reduces stress, anxiety, aches, pains, muscle tension/soreness. It aids in relaxation and improves breathing, mood, energy, & focus. Assisted stretching helps with balance, joint health, muscle tone, and injury prevention.

60-min Stretch Sessions incorporate breathing, stretching, meditation, relaxation, and/or reiki.

30- min Stretch Sessions will focus on specific areas of the body.

What to Expect

  • Schedule your session with me. Call or text me at 484-289-6977 to book your appointment. Full Payment is taken at time of booking because you feel extremely relaxed after the session.

  • Keep in mind when scheduling your appointment that sessions should not be done prior to any vigorous exercise.

  • Wear loose fitting clothing. I will be moving your body into varies stretches on a massage table.

  • Eat lightly or not at all an hour before your session.

  • Experience the session.

  • After the session, hydrate and remain active. You may or may not experience soreness after the session.
